How to reinstall FProt Anti Virus program on your Windows 7 computer

For migrating from Windows XP, which is close to 70% of desktops today, to Windows 7, users will need a 'clean' install of the new operating system. Consumers will need to migrate their popular anti-virus program to their current version.

You can place your DVD disc in CD - ROM drive. After that go to the Start button and select 'Run' and then "Browse." In the drop down menu look for your CD ROM drive and select F - Prot (D:). There is one file in F - Prot ( D:) called fp-win_316f_s.exe, select it. Enter "OK." It will open "Setup" window. Press "Setup" button and wait.
Now an Installation Wizard will comes, go on following the steps as per prompt comes and agree with the license agreement. The Wizard will ask for Destination folder, click "Next." It will install this Anti-Virus setup in different folder.

Select the type of Setup you prefer, then click on next". Select the destination for your installed program. Click on "Next" to copy the program and then Click "Next" again to give command for update and if your computer is attached to Internet it will update automatically. If not connected an error box will come, click "OK."

Let the process to continue and then click "Finish." Hence, you have got your latest F-Prot anti-virus program.
