Follow the procedure below: 1. Locate the folder that you want to share by using Windows Explorer. (Right-click the Start button and choose Open Windows Explorer from the shortcut menu that appears.) 2. Right-click the folder that you want to allow others to access and then choose Share With. On the submenu that appears, choose Specific People. 3. In the resulting File Sharing dialog box click the arrow in the box to select users to share with and then click Add. To create a new user, choose Create a New User from the drop-down list that appears. 4. Click Share. A dialog box appears showing the progress; when the sharing is done, you see a message that your file is now shared. 5. Click Done to complete the file sharing process. You can choose to share individual files by following the procedure outlined here, but if you change your mind, you can also remove permissions. To change the permissions for sharing a file with a particular user, display the File Sharing dialog box, click the name of a user, and choose Remove from the menu that appears.
